I’m so sorry I haven’t posted in forever! I was going through a massive depression for a little while, but I’m doing somewhat okay now, so I’m back on the dieting game! Currently about 136lbs. Need to get to atleast 120. I GOT THIS!

I do little things like reverse crunches, lunges, etc.
I do a lot of “thigh gap” work outs.
And I go walking/jogging.
